Message	But the cop sighted me for modified smog device without looking under the hood! To me that sounds a little BS. Nothing about nose violation was written on the ticket. I can’t even get my z to pass smog. So I will try to see if the court will accept a letter from the ref stating that there are no visible modifications to the smog devises and I can explain that the cop never opened the hood or looked at any smog devises.
